Billing and Payment
As a Member, you agree to the following benefits and terms. Benefits and plans might be changed due to
unpredictable changes in circumstances or natural disasters. In such cases, we may request that your
shipping method be upgraded to a higher class. Unless the customer requests to decline the shipping upgrade
prior to billing. Our shipping service does not include forwarding mail to your changed address. Transfer costs
will not be added to refunds or subscription fees. Amounts paid for boxes and services are final and non-
refundable.
Customer's flat-rate contract
By purchasing a Subscription, you acknowledge that the Subscription has an initial fee and recurring payment
features and that you are responsible for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be
billed at the current subscription rate when you sign up, and will automatically renew for consecutive terms.
For example, if you contract a 6-month plan, you will be billed for the 6-month plan at the time of contracting
(purchasing the product), so please do not worry. You will be billed again after 6 months unless you change
or cancel the regular period. You can cancel your subscription at any time by yourself from “My Page” in the
app. First Pick reserves the right to change service plans and prices with or without prior notice to subscribers.
We also reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time.
PRODUCT INFORMATION, QUANTITY LIMITATIONS
We strive to ensure that the information on this Site is complete and reliable. Some information may contain
pricing errors, typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies, which we reserve the right to correct
without notice. We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by members and to modify, suspend or
terminate any event or promotion at any time (including after an order has been submitted or accepted)

OMIKUJI BOX
Your OMIKUJI BOX will be shipped to your registered address. JTB customer support sends notification of the
winner to registered contact information. When we contact you, we might ask for identity verification
documents. The right to win a OMIKUJI BOX is authorized to the purchaser himself/herself. The winning rate
of the lottery is 1/2000 for both new purchasers and regular purchasers. If there is a change in the distribution
rate due to timing, it will be announced in the Notes section at least two months prior to the scheduled date
of the change. Benefits and plans might be changed due to unpredictable changes in circumstances or natural
disasters. If the country is closed due to a natural disaster or pandemic, we may wait or cancel. In that case,
