We are very sorry that you have encountered this situation. We want every box to arrive in pristine condition, but unfortunately we cannot monitor the entire shipping process from start to finish.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged, expired from the manufacturer, or lost (physically arrived intact, but the item is missing from the box), please contact us via the contact form on our website.

In order for our support team to quickly resolve the issue, please submit the following photos

Photos of the entire box (applies to both lost and damaged items)
Photos of all items inside the box (applies to both lost and damaged items)
Photographs of individual items showing the damaged portion (applies to damaged item issues).
Compensation will be in the form of a partial refund or replacement of the item(s), and all customers are entitled to compensation in the above cases.

The validity of damaged merchandise is at the discretion of the support agent.

Damage to the box or packaging of the merchandise will not qualify for replacement if the contents are undamaged. Breakable snacks such as cookies, chips, etc., and melting of chocolate due to weather conditions may not be eligible for replacement.

Minor cosmetic damage, such as small scratches, may not be covered.

Due to inventory fluctuations, please notify us of any problems within 7 days of receiving your box. As soon as our support staff confirms the problem, a replacement will be sent out with your next shipment. In the event that we do not have the item in stock, we may apply a store credit.

Please double-check your country's customs regulations. Each country has different rules regarding the customs fee and tax. If you get charged for any customs fees or taxes, we are not responsible to cover it. Please keep in mind that we do not have control over the import taxes because customs taxes are charged by your local government.
